About NAHS

Montgomery High School’s National Art Honor Society is a club dedicated to cultivating art enthusiasts and educators both in school and in the future. NAHS hosts events such as Creative Fridays, monthly student-run art classes after-school where we teach young Montgomery students about various art styles and encourage them to be creative. We showcase student work throughout the year by posting artworks from classes and club members in the MHS foyer, and organize the biggest art show of the year, the Art Extravaganza. Here, student artwork from all grades and all classes in Montgomery are put on display at the high school for all to see. You will also find NAHS selling cupcakes on Fridays, face-painting at school events, and selling handmade holiday cards year round. We focus on bringing art into the community and enjoy making art an integral part of the Montgomery experience.
